"I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be just like brother!!"

Go Jaxon! We treasure your example.

And "I love you" sisters of mine!!

"Although, to be a man" says Jaxon, "you've got to take on the whole package":-)

"Alright then", saith the girls, "we'll opt to stick with the laundry...

and the lipstick!!"

O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree

We are you Santa? We have our Christmas tree. You here yet?

And speaking of tree, Aven Skye would like to share the details on the finding of this masterpiece:

It all started with the finding of our dear friend, Scrooge.

Which lead us to Cali's 1st preference,

then to Daddy's 1st preference.

Then, the whole family agreed....this would be the tree w/the most personality.

So let the cutting begin. . .

Merry Christmas to all!!

And to all, a GOODNIGHT:-)

Thanksgiving Excursion!!

We ain't gonna put our hands in the air and surrender. A DARN kidney stone ain't gonna damper our plans. We'll choose where we want our hands raised. We're in control of our destiny.

We've got mountains to climb this Thanksgiving season.

A God to thank for His creations.

For it is these creations that beautify and give variety to the earth.

Hidden kidney stones and all!!

It's fun to leave the modern world and get a small taste of pioneer life.

Finding our own food to eat provided the adventure

in the adventure.

Good thing we had with us our professional fire-builder to cook our findings.

And our happy, smiling ear-to-ear cheerleader to boost our confidence.

This Thanksgiving we loved learning the history of Thanksgiving

and naming our blessings one-by-one.

Our happy Poulton family is so blessed by the Lord. We are Happy and Life is Beautiful.
